Operation Knuckle Dragger (OKD) is not just a challenge — it’s a tribute to those who’ve served and a rallying cry for those still fighting battles off the field. This 100-mile, multi-sport endurance challenge through Wyoming’s backcountry pushes veterans and first responders beyond their limits — physically and mentally — to raise awareness and funding for life-changing mental health support.

WHY IT MATTERS

🔸Every day, 44 veterans die by suicide.
🔸Over 50,000 veterans have died by suicide since 9/11.
🔸More than 300 first responders die by suicide each year.

THE CHALLENGE

One team. Eight combat veterans and first responders.
Over 100 miles of high-altitude terrain.
Multi-sport endurance: biking, trekking, swimming.
Elevation changes from 7,200 ft to over 11,000 ft.

The Route:

🔸50-mile bike ride through the Upper Green River Valley
🔸45-mile mountain trek across the Wind River Range
🔸3,000-yard swim across six glacier-fed lakes
🔸15-mile bike return to Pinedale
🔸Final march in the Rendezvous Festival Parade — standing tall in honor of the fallen
