Overwatch 6 (“OW6”) values every contribution made toward supporting veterans, first responders, and families of the fallen. This policy outlines how donations are handled to ensure transparency and compliance.

1. Use of Donations

All donations are used to advance OW6’s mission, including funding veteran and first responder programs, event operations, training, and wellness access support.
Donations are not restricted unless specifically designated in writing by the donor and accepted by OW6.

2. Tax Deductibility

OW6 is a Wyoming nonprofit organization pending 501(c)(3) determination from the Internal Revenue Service.
Once approved, the determination will be retroactive to the date of incorporation (February 5, 2024). Donors will receive an updated acknowledgment letter if needed.

3. Refund Policy

All donations are non-refundable. Once a contribution has been processed, it will be applied toward OW6’s mission-based activities.
If an error occurs in donation processing, please contact donation@overwatch6.com within 15 days of the transaction.

4. Receipts and Records

Donors contributing $250 or more will receive a written acknowledgment suitable for tax purposes.
In-kind donors will receive a description of goods or services received, but OW6 will not assign a dollar value for non-cash gifts.
